TOPIC: THE BLESSING OF WISDOM

 SCRIPTURE: Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: Daniel 2:20

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom. 

Our anchor scripture confirms that everywhere there is Divine wisdom, there is blessing. The presence of Divine wisdom in any life forbids the existence of curses. That is why it is crucial to understand the blessing of divine wisdom and desire it.

Now, we are going to look at five critical things as far as Divine wisdom is concerned.

1. The wisdom of God created the earth. Psalm 104:24 says, Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all…. So, wisdom has a creative capacity.
2. The wisdom of God is the personality of the Master, Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:24).Jesus is both the Power of God and the Wisdom of God.
3. The wisdom of God is one of the products of Calvary. That is, one of the things Christ died to purchase for us is wisdom (Revelation 5:12). Jesus was crucified on Calvary, not only to save us from sin but to purchase wisdom for us.
4. The wisdom of God is a principal asset of every child of God (Proverbs 4:7).
5. The wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom (Proverbs 8:15,16).

Jacob attained stardom at the frequency of Divine wisdom (Genesis 30:37-43). He was a man who was terribly manhandled and dubiously dealt with by Laban, his uncle and master. His condition of service was changed ten times until he had to connect with the mind of God on what to do to survive the wickedness of Laban. He connected with a revelation by the wisdom of God and that revelation bailed him out (Genesis 30:31-43).

There are two things to note from the life of Jacob regarding wisdom:

1. The Wisdom of God caused Jacob to survive and outsmart the cunningness of a friendly adversary. It takes the wisdom of God to beat the system of this world. It takes Divine wisdom to survive and succeed in this world without bribery.
   2. The wisdom of God caused Jacob to flourish under impossible circumstances.

Remember this: The wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom.

1. Engage your mind and trust God to give you creative and innovative ideas.
2. Behave like a royalty and star; refuse to look pitiable.

PRAYER: Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I make demands on Your wisdom for creativity. I function in the realm of innovation by Your Wisdom, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
