It has been established that your profitable investment into time determines the quality of your destiny. Your value for time determines your value in life.
Your value in life is determined by your value for time, and the wastage of time is the wastage of life. What you do with your time today determines what your future will look like.
There are people who do not value their time. No wonder, many are lamenting in their old age today. They wasted their time in the past, especially in their youthful days, and they became miserable in old age.
The question to ask yourself all the time is: “What I am doing now, is it the best I can do with my time?”
You see, when you sit before the television for six hours watching movies instead of storing spiritual matter into your spirit or improving your mentality to upgrade your life, you are wasting your life.
When you watch video or computer games (that have no bearing with your destiny), you deprive yourself of the time you could have used to upgrade your life by reading or praying.
The sportsman or footballer you are sitting down to watch with your time is making his money, but you are wasting your life by watching him. Is that the best thing you can do with your time?
Also, when you sleep from morning till night, the question is: Is that the best thing you can do with your life?
Others hang around with aimless friends talking useless things that make no useful contribution to their destiny. The question is: Is that the best thing they can do with their lives? Until you do profitable things with your time, your future is of no profit.
My counsel to you is, make up your mind to do profitable things with your time. Spend time to pray and study God’s Word. Spend time with family members. Spend time to upgrade yourself. Spend time to win souls.
Remember this: Your value for time determines your value in life.

2. Prioritize spiritual things and invest your time upgrading your life.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You deliver me from profitless use of time. Help me to engage my time profitably, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
