SCRIPTURE: And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. Genesis 39:2

THOUGHT FOR DAY: It does not matter what you have lost, if you have not lost the Presence of God, nothing is lost.

It has been confirmed that the Presence of God is the greatest asset of life. The maintenance of God’s Presence is the guarantee for destiny fulfilment.

Now, I want you to take note of three key thoughts on God’s Presence:

i. The gain of maintaining God’s Presence far outweighs the cost thereof (Genesis 39:2).
Maybe some friends left you or you lost some things because you decided to serve God; I want to let you know that the gain of maintaining God’s Presence far outweighs the cost of it.

ii. The cost of maintaining God’s Presence is cheaper than the price of existence outside of God (Genesis 39:2).
It does not matter how much it will cost you to maintain God’s Presence, it is cheaper than the price of existence outside of God. This means, you pay a very heavy price if you dare exist without God. And if you doubt me, you can ask the prodigal son who decided to stay outside the presence of his father (Luke 15:11-20). He did not come to his senses until he began to eat with pigs.

iii. The greatest wisdom on earth is the wisdom of camping with God (Genesis 39:2).
It does not matter what you have lost, if you have not lost the Presence of God, nothing is lost. And it does not matter what you have, if you do not have the Presence of God, you have nothing. The greatest wisdom on earth is the wisdom of camping with God.

Beloved, by all means, make up your mind to maintain God’s Presence.

REMEMBER THIS: It does not matter what you have lost, if you have not lost the Presence of God, nothing is lost.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make up your mind never to lose the Presence of God.
2. Maintain fellowship and communion with God always.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask for the grace to camp with You always. I refuse every form of spiritual lethargy, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
