SCRIPTURE: The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want. Proverbs 21:5.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The fruits of your life are products of the seed of your mind.
In life, it has been established that productive living is a product of a productive mind-set. This is because the fruits of your life are products of the seeds of your mind. You cannot have a fruitful life with a fruitless mind. Your life is just a reflection of the state and condition of your mind.
Therefore, there is a need to engage your mind for productive living.
Now, how do you engage your mind for productive living?
- Think the Word.
To think the Word of God is different from renewing your mind and listening to the Word.
Now, to think the Word means to think productively and positively, because God answers according to what we ask or think.
Proverbs 21:5 says:
The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.
If you open the mind of some people, what you would see are prosperity, plenty, abundance, and possibility. What fills your mind determines what flows into your life.
So, think the Word, think productively, and think positively. Think the opposite of your situation if it is not a desirable situation.
- Engage the Power of the Spirit.
The Spirit of the Lord is the Spirit of a sound mind
2 Timothy 1:7 says:
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
So, you are not afraid of the devil because God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
REMEMBER THIS: The fruits of your life are products of the seeds of your mind.
